Long sand and shingle beach at the top north-eastern corner of Anglesey, on the shores of the Menai Straits. The backdrop here are the old woodlands which fringe the Menai Strait across which there are great views to mainland Wales, Snowdon and the mountains beyond.

Only a few miles from Beaumaris there are plenty of things to see in the area including nearby Penmon Priory and the restored Norman castle of Aberlleiniog .
