Seasonal ban during seabird breeding season (1st May - 30th September) Dogs are welcome on the reserve the rest of the year but must be kept on a lead or at heel at all times (even on the beaches) to avoid disturbance to our birds and grazing livestock.

Beautiful stretch of white sand. Lindisfarne view to the left & Bamburgh to the right. Gannets & sanderlings visible. Hardly any people. Heavenly

Wonderful beach, great for relaxing walk, Seals and Bird life are plentiful.
Not too many people either.

Worth the long walk through the meadows, I have a question regarding seals. are they syaying there the whole year or in specific times?
