Mountshannon Beach (19.5 miles)
Mountshannon is a small lakeside beach located amongst the woodlands of the shores of Lough Derg, Ireland's second biggest beach. As a Blue Flag beach Mountshannon has all the essential amenities for a family day out along with safe bathing. There is a lifeguard service on duty throughout the summer.
