Selworthy Sands Beach - Somerset

Towards Selworthy Sand

An inaccessible bit of coast. The rock and shingle beach is very difficult to walk along, with a permanent risk of twisting or breaking an ankle. There is only very difficult access from the bracken covered slopes above so the practical route is on foot from either end. At high tide most of this is covered, so be well aware of when low tide is and if you must visit only do so on a falling tide.
