Low tide at Red Wharf Bay/Traeth Coch (Welsh for Red beach), Anglesey. The bay lies between the villages of Pentraeth and Benllech. At low tide almost 10 square miles of sand is uncovered. It is also close to Castell Mawr Rock, thought to be the site of an Iron Age fort.
