Porth Dinllaen Beach Photo
Porth Dinllaen beach
Tuesday, 14th May. Climbed up the highest peak of Yr Eifl in the morning, helped by the fact that the car-park is at around 260 metres, so only 300 metres to climb to the summit. At 564 metres, it is the highest point on the Llyn Peninsula. Walked from Morfa Nefyn to the end of the rocky headland later on. The famous beach-side pub, Ty Coch (the Red House in translation) was doing good trade. It must be crawling with people in the summer.
