This car park has thoughtfully sited some of its disabled parking bays right at the very front, with the best views. But obviously the bays construction has the flaw that they collect run-off from the access road and this forms large puddles that remain after the rainy weather has passed. I wouldn't want to step out into those. Especially as someone has placed a fair amount of driftwood in them too.
