Passage East harbour

A small tidal harbour on the western (Waterford) side of the River Suir. Best known for the ferry [[202582]] to Ballyhack and as the place where Strongbow http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_de_Clare,_2nd_Earl_of_Pembroke came ashore in 1170 to consolidate the Anglo-Norman foothold in Ireland.
