Browndown Point Beach

Browndown Point Beach - Hampshire

Ministry of Defence owned beach which is on occasion used for training. There is some controversy as to whether this is a naturist beach or not. I have it straight from the MoD that this is NOT a nudist beach and any nude bathing is in contravention of the 1954 MOD Browndown and Rowner Military Lands Byelaws.

Had a lovely walk along this beach. Some dogs not on leads and no one seems to mind. There’s a dive museum too!
